Background:
S&T Enterprises, a leading Kansas City developer, developed Sonora Valley communities. Sonora Valley offers carefree living and luxury at an affordable price. Sonora Valley properties are located in growing Blue Springs, MO, and there are a variety of luxury floorplans to choose from.

Sonora Valley communities were developed with a specific target in mind: people who want luxury, maintenance free living. Because of such a specific target, S&T Enterprises knew they needed to advertise wisely. They engaged Ridpath Creative Partners to help with their goals and objectives.

Insight:
Each Sonora Valley home is created with a southwest flare from the stucco exteriors to granite interiors. S&T Enterprises wanted to find a way to promote the luxury look and feel and southwest flare to their target. They also wanted a central location for customers and potential customers to be able to visit to view updates, new information, floor plans, and news about the new community.

Actions:
Ridpath Creative Partners developed a unique color palate, logo and brand identity for Sonora Valley. The treatments that Ridpath Creative Partners developed were used in a variety of ways--from exterior signage to print and to the Web. After the brand identity was established, Ridpath Creative Partners developed an interactive Web site that could be used for realtors to promote the new community--or simply for customers to go and view new information about the construction of their homes.
